  KARISHA PADAYACHIE

(BSc Hons Physiotherapy – University of the Western Cape) 2018 -2021

I studied at the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa. Thereafter I completed my community service in 2022 at Cradock District hospital in the Eastern Cape.

I have since opened my own mobile physiotherapy practice in the corporate space. My aim is to make physiotherapy services accessible to employees in the workplace thus reducing the risk of developing repetitive strain injuries as well as promoting health and wellness in the workplace.

In my free time I enjoy taking time to do self-care activities, playing or watching sport socially, partaking and assisting with community-based events/activities as well as spending quality time with my friends and family.

My number one goal with all my patients is to give them a holistic treatment, by not only helping them physically but also emotionally and mentally to reach their optimal potential in all aspects of their day to day life.

Courses Completed

  • Dry needling Level 1 (ODNS)

  • Kinesio taping

  • Introduction to cerebral palsy
